I am five months pregnant with my second. Ever since I was 3 months pregnant I have been having horrible headaches and dizz spells, to the point where everything gets blurry and I end up falling. Now the "dizzy spells" are starting to come every few days instead of every day but the headaches are still there! I don't think it is preeclampsia because I have no swelling-any ideas??
