That could well be normal for a pregnant lady. Pregnant women have low blood sugars. Normal fasting blood sugar at term for a full term pregnant lady is 65 plus or minus 25. A 57 one hour after a 50 gm glucola load is slightly concerning and could be an indication of reactive hypoglycemia. This should be treated by a hypoglycemia diet.
