Lupus and ttc with no luck yet....endo appointment april 4th

I have been ttc very actively (charting temps , fertility monitor, baby asprin 81 mgs( Past 2 months) ) for a year now, with no success.

I want to walk in a bit prepared and are there questions i should ask? or leave the questions up to him for now...? Your answers are greatly appreciated. :)
