At my ultrasound at 6 weeks they discovered a 3.5 cm cyst on my ovary, at 9 weeks it had increased to 7cm but a week later it has shrunk to 5.5 cm. What are they odds this thing will go away on its own? My OB said it is fluid filled and since it is shrinking would prefer to just keep an eye on it as long as I have no pain. At what poing would you recommend surgery during pregnancy?
