39 weeks pregnant with nausea

Hello. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and having been feeling extremely nausous yesterday and today (not throwing up but with loose stool) and I can't get any food down at all. I have been drinking water a lot but everytime I try to eat something (applesauce, piece of bread, plain pasta) I can only take a bite and then I feel too yucky to eat more. Baby is moving fine, no contractions, but I'm really tired and weak feeling. Is this something to worry about? Is this one of those vague pre-labor signs (though I guess it would be safe to say that anything that happens after week 39 can be considered "prelabor". Is there anything I need to look out for? Thanks, Eliana
