I took serophene on days 3 to 7. I ovulated late, about day 18 and did a hpt which showed positive at around 4 weeks. I then had a HCG test the following day on wednesday which came back at 160, Friday's test came back at 390 and Monday's test came back at 1700. Does this fit in with normal HCG rises? Could such a big rise mean the possibility of twins. Thank for your answers.
