My HCG levels trippled in 2 days. I know that the "normal values" for HCG levels are very wide. My rational mind sahat this is probably normal for a singleton. However, I've always thought that having twins would be very special (call me crazy!), so I got all excited with the x3 results. I am only 18 days post conception. My numbers are on the lower scale as it is; 158 at 16 days post ovul. and 467 at 18 days post ovul.. What do you think? If I were your pt would be thinking of poss mult. gest?
