from it with my first pregnancy), I would advise you to call your doctor. 31 weeks is a good time for high blood pressure to become a problem, especially since yours seems to be creeping up slightly. But I didn't call my doctor when I started having headaches at 32 weeks, and really wish I would have. If your blood pressure is becoming a problem, close monitoring is essential for a healthy outcome.

You are probably fine, but that's my .02 cents worth. :)
