Tubal Reversal

I recently had a tubal reversal. I was only left with 3cm of fallopian tube on one side. The other side was not repairable. I am in good health and am still ovulating regularly. I understand there is an increased risk for ectopic pregnancy. I would like to know what my odds of getting pregnant are with one tube that is 3cm in length?

Thank you, Allison
