Based on the criteria here in hte US, you may not have "failed" -- one criteria uses the values of 105 (fasting), 190(1 hr), 165 (2 hr) and 145 (3 hr), with 2 abnormal results being required to make the diagnosis od gestational diabetes. A second criteria that is used has values of 95/180/155/140. Your fasting was very good, and a dietary consultation is not a bad idea, but other than avoiding refined sugars and junk food (which you should be avoiding anyway!) you really don't need to do anything differently between now and Monday.
