Fibroids and infertility

My Dr. recently told me I have Fibroids in my uterous. He said they are very small and nothing to worry about, he said they are so small that they are not even changing the shape of my uterous.

Question one - should I be concerned I have fibroids?

Question two - I recently miscarried (02/27/01) and I am wondering if these "small" fibroids could have been the cause - is it possible that the egg implanted on top of a fibroid and therefore could not survive?
