I am not a doctor but recently miscarried. It is normal for symptoms to fluxuate however, if I were you I would call the doctor and see if they can schedule an ultrasound. Have you had any spotting? When I miscarried I lost my symptoms gradually and then started spotting really light on and off for a while (5 weeks). Don't mean to scare you things could be FINE but it is worth having the doctor check you out! Good luck.. let us know what happens.
