I am due to have ovarian drilling in a month because I have PCOS and no periods. Clomid works alternate months (for the four months Ive taken it)and I got PG on third month but miscarried early. I am about 14lbs overweight, my LH was 15. I have had one period 'naturally' in the last 12 months. How successful is ovarian drilling. Do you think I have a chance of normal cycles?
