I am 6 weeks pregnant, and am nervous because I have heard that a loss of symptoms can precede miscarriage. The only symptoms I have had so far have been fatigue and sore breasts, but over the past 2 days they are no longer sore and I am quite worried. Does this sometimes happen normally? I have my first appt. scheduled at 8 weeks, and hate to call before that if I'm overreacting. Thanks.
