We all tend to see our doctors as parental figures (including me with my doctors), but they really aren't. He is a professional who you pay to assist you with your pregnancy, and I am sure that he will tease you a little bit about not following his instructions, and then never mention it again. If he is mad, find another doctor. This is going to be hard enough without attitude from the MFM.
