20 mm equals 8w5d on my U/S.

You have virtually no risk of an incompetent cervix presuming nothing else has happened to it since your last pregnancy, but you have a pretty good chance of having a rapid labor. Of course, while you did technically have a rapid labor, it was not exactly a surprise with 15 hours of regular contractions as a prodrome, so I doubt you are at that much risk of delivery outside the hospital.
