Well, you are going to be high risk, and you are going to have to go see your MFM as soon as possible. The general anesthesia should not effect the pregnancy, but the lupus is potentially serious, and the steroids make a return of your GDM much more likely, even inevitable. Hopefully, you will avoid the hyperemesis this time around. Knowing what is going on may help that.
