I am post IVF cycle #1. HCG started very low at 24, 13 days past transfer, but has doubled every other day since. I am very concerned because I returned to the office today for ultrasound and only the gestational sack could be seen. No yolk sack is present at this time. What could be happening here? Is there any possibility that I could be still lagging behind, or does this not sound like a viable pregnancy?
