I have both myself. My progesterone was 5 at 7dpo. I was prescribed crinone (progesterone supplement.) Even though my progesterone is low - it still looks like I ovulated according to my chart & OPK - but my temps just aren't as high as they probably should be after O. I have talked with many other girls with the same problem & many of them regulated their cycle with the help of herbs (most with herbs & supplements) but I would definately get a 7dpo progesterone test & a tsh test for your thyroid. If you have a problem with one or both of these - the good news is they are both very treatable. (But until treated - it could make conceiving and/or maintaining a pregnancy quite difficult.) I hope you don't have any problems at all but it's always best to see a dr. or RE & make sure. (I certainly am not a Dr.) Best wishes! Alisa
