I developed a bladder infection shortly after conception. I was prescribed amoxicillin for 7 days (days 19 through 25 after last menstral period started). Is this antibiotic safe during this time in pregnancy? Also, I drank a ton of cranberry juice trying to fight off this infection for 3 days before I went to the doctor, I'm also concerned because I heard it was bad to take an excess of vitamin C during preganancy...and there is a lot of vitamin c in cranberrry juice (130% daily allowance in one glass). Should I also be concerned about this?
