Fibroid

I have posted a few messages here regarding our situation. My husband has a low sperm count and we have had 2 m/cs within a 5 month time period. Since my first m/c (D & C) I have noticed a dull pain/ache in my right ovary area. This ache appears the same week of ovulation (but it's a different ache than ovualtion). My Ob/gyn thought it was probably scar tissue. To make a long story short, the nurse called today to tell me that I have a fibroid in the lower right interior of my uterus. I have an appt. to see the Ob/Gyn on Tuesday. Can you please help me out here with what type of questions I should ask.

My husband and I are classified as "infertile" because of his problems; however he have concieved twice, both ending in m/c. Should I be overly worried about this fibroid? I have not noticed my periods being heavy or anything out of the ordinary. I am still having 28 day cycles. This fibroid did not appear in my Aug. ultrasound (prior to D & C). I think this started in about Sept because that's when I started noticing the discomfort before and after ovulation. Why would the pain only be noticed that time of the month? I was pretty pronounced during my second pregnancy/miscarriage. I felt tingling down my right leg, but I thought it was miscarriage related.

Based upon our circumstances, should I go to a RE vs. staying with my Ob/Gyn? What level of care can an Ob/Gyn offer for fibroids?

Thanks so much!
