I posted On Monday about being 14.5 weeks.I got back from my doctor appointment and doctor was unable to get heart beat.He wants to try again in two weeks.I was adviced to call Tues. in the am and demand a sonogram. So I did..Well I was told to relax and not to worry. They didnt want to do a sonogram just yet. Also that they only do sonograms on certain days and had no room.So I had no choice but to just wait the two weeks. They made me feel like I was totaly over reacting.I have three other children and I got a heart beat at 10-11 weeks. Always. So I rented a doppler. It came today.I tried all day to get a heart beat.Laying down moving the thing slowly all over my belly.I got my heart beat a few times..(it was slow and faint so I know its mine.)But nothing else.My husband wants to try when he gets home hes hoping maybe he can get a heart beat.I am not over weight so I know thats not the problem. Is there maybe a better time or something during the day I might get a heart beat.I just want it for piece of mind.My doctor seems more then willing to wait.I am crawling out of my skin and my demands of "I want a sonogram now" they keep telling me I dont need.Perhaps I need to take mean pills or something but I am being totaly blow off here and I just being a over reactive mommy? Is it normal to have no heart heat after trying for hours?
