Once you can see a heartbeat, your chance of miscarrying decreases significantly. I would think maybe you aren't quite six weeks yet, but closer to the 5 and a half stage. They say that every pregnancy progresses differently, I would feel good that you saw the heartbeat and that the u/s tech said that everything looked good. Good luck to you!
