2nd pregnancy loss, what next?

i have been posting the last couple of days re: low hcg/ progestrone in early pregnancy. quick recap- found out i was pg at 11dpo had bw at 14dpo- showed hcg-22/ progest-7.8, i was put on crinone, went back on sat hcg-37/ progest 9.5., went yesterday for bw my hcg was at 13, progestrone 5.5/ i am obviously losing this pregnancy. i have already lost one at 6weeks(blighted ovum)

is this considered a mc? why does this happen?

i have been to a RE, he was going to start ovulation induction with IUI. i dont know if i am ready for that yet. i believe i have a short luetal phase i start to around 8-9 dpo (which i did with this pg) is there something out-there that can help that? do i have a LPD if i am getting pg? could low progestrone be a factor? could worrying too much cause a mc?
