My cycles used to be every 28 days when on the pill, but now since i'm off it they have been longer. At fiest I wasn't worried, but now i'm not sure what is going on. Here's how my cycles have been: Oct 33 days long Nov 31 days long Dec 33 days long Jan 32 days long Feb 37 days long. I know they can very, but i'm worried that the last cycle was 37 days. Does that mean i'm not O'ing? Also I have been having spotting for 3 to 4 days leading up to af, and I have been having mild to moderate cramping all month long since going off the pill.
