I'm 16 weeks pregnant, and I have a horrible lower backache that started just a couple of days ago. I know backaches are common, so I'm trying not to worry. (after 2 losses and infertility treatment, this part isn't easy!) What I'd like to know is what is the best way to help relieve the pain? Can I use a heating pad? Also, this isn't something I need to tell my doctor about right now, is it? I'm thinking not, but what do I know!
