I am 6 weeks and 2 days and a heartbeat was seen on a vaginal u/s today. However, I am concerned because my hcg is not doubling appropriately. It was 23,200 last Wednesday but only 57,000 today. Should I be concerned about this or not because of the sono showing a heartbeat? Jen
