Cervical Uterus Positions at 7 WeeksFrom: Kim (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 12 Mar 2001 14:48:16 -0600 (CST)
I am currently 7 weeks pregnant, and I had an early miscarriage a couple of months ago. I have no children. I check my cervix about once every two or three days because I have noticed that it seems to change positions. At times, it is very high in the back of my vagina (which is normal for me), and at other times, it feels very much lower (halfway between my vaginal opening and the normal position) and tilted backward in a different direction. I guess I may have a tilted uterus, but I am worried about how it changes positions from high to low. Is this abnormal? I have never felt this happen before I became pregnant this time. I have had some constipation and indigestion over the last couple weeks. Could my intestines be putting pressure on my uterus and making it move? Thank you for your help!
