I am now 6 weeks/4 days pregnant. Is it common not to have morning sickness? Also if your prenatal lab work comes back all normal is that a pretty positive sign that things are going/ and will go well. I feel like everyone one is having multiple symptoms in early pregnancy and the only symptom I truly have now are sore breast. Does this mean my body is handeling pregnancy well, or that I am eating right and taking care of things properly, or does it mean that somethings wrong? Just trying to ease my mind.
