Any relation between body temp and miscarriage?

I stated my situation here a two days ago (titled "Had 2 miscarriages-have question about Folic acid and baby asprin"). Thanks so much for the reply!

I have a second question regarding body temps. Both times I have been pg, I have noticed my body temp is slightly elevated to 99.8. I noticed this both times at about 7 dpo (way before I even confirmed I was pg). When I stopped feeling feverish and noticed my temp was back to 98.6, then I found out just days later about the miscarriages. Could there be something wrong that's causing me to run a higher body temp? I asked my previous Ob/Gyn and he said that your heart works harder while pg, thus causing body temps to rise. The odd things is that I've noticed it both times very early on in the pg. Should I mention this to my current dr. or am I just over-analyzing the situation?
