They are measuring your bone structure, among other things to make sure that the baby's going to be able to be born naturally, and also making sure that everything is normal. You need to have the exam done, they do it everyday and it is nothing to be embarrassed about. If you have this fear how do you expect to be able to deliver? You're pretty much exposed to anyone in the room. :) It is over VERY quickly and I promise the dr will be very professional and you will be just fine!
