hi i was wondering something...my boyfriend has these white bumpy things on his penis, they are where the pubic hair is....there arent alot of them but in some places where there is a bump there is hair coming out of it,is this normal? does this mean he has a disease or something??? or are these just ingrown hairs??? he told me they dont hurt, what could these things be?? please help me im very curious as to what they are, thanks!!
