Question for Dr Lynn Montgomery??

Hi there, have a question regarding some posts that I archived on the OBGYN forum regarding a patient that you had a while back (a few years, I believe) who had decels daily at 31? weeks, I believe. She was at that time being monitored in the hospital and you were wondering whether to do continueous fetal monitoring, or to have her be an outpatient and do intermittent monitoring and what could be the cause of these daily decels. I am wondering how that turned out. I am only 25 wks, yet have decels several times daily with quick recovery (10-15 seconds) with the HR going down to 90 bpm sometimes. Targeted scan at 22 weeks shows no abnormality and heart woking fine! My OB does not feel any furhter tests are warranted, and I was just wondering what the final outcome of your baby/mother was after delivery? Was the heartrate stable during delivery? Did she have a vaginal or c-section? Did the decels stop closer to term? Sorry for so many questions...I just don't know when or if I need to get a second opinion from another local doctor here, or assume it will stop in the future once the fetus is mature! Thanks so much for your time.
