2nd beta back, should i have any hope?

i had my second beta today(17dpo), and it came back @37. up from 22 on wed.(14dpo). dr. says it is not quite doubled, so i need to repeat test on tues. should i have any hope? my progestrone was on wed, 7.8, now its 9.8, i am on crinone supplements. could it take a while for the prenancy to "get going" now that i am on supplements? i am devestated, i had mc in sept, so i am walking on eggshells until tues.
