Dr Montgomery - unusual shaped uterus

Thank you for your advice. I went to a new ob/gyn and he said there was no sign of ongoing pregnancy, so I will stop taking the progesterone and wait for the miscarriage.

However he did find something unusual - my uterus is heart-shaped.

He said this could be a problem in keeping a pregnancy in future. Is there any literature I can read on this that you know of... I would just like to be educated on the subject.
