hey there i'm a first time mom and i'm about 2mts pregnant.I'm having alittle bit of pains in the pelvic area, that last for about three minutes(mostly at night) and it's been going on since Monday. I spoke to my doc. and he said that i should not worry once I don't bleed. Even so, do you think I should be concerned with the pains that I have?
