REPLY TO CARMEN, WHO HASN'T BEEN 2 THE DOCFrom: TASHA (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 7 Mar 2001 15:46:09 -0600 (CST)
Hey Carmen. I read your messeage and I just wanted to tell you that not seeing a doctor may be hurting the baby. My story is alot similar to yours but more tragic. See, I am only 16 and I found out I was pregnant in October too. I am living with my christian uncle, and I am way to young to have a baby so, I never told anyone about my pregnancy either. Luckily I didnt even show during my 5th month. I was so scared to tell, so I never went to the doctor. Consequently, my water broke at 19 weeks on January 16 and there I was in the hospital. Everybody discovered it then. My baby boy wasn't alive. He was born asleep and I nor the doctors knew how long he had been gone. There I was in great pain because I knew I should have told somebody and got medical attention. To make a long story short, please get some treatment because (it is very important). I deal with the lost of my precious baby everyday. HOPE EVERYTHING GOES WELL! :)-TASHA
