That is the definition when described in texts related to the subject. >From the prenatal diagnostic standpoint, it is an assessment that is
made by the sonographer based on having seen thousands of normal appearing bowel, then seeing bowel that stands out. It is also a matter of degrees-in other words, it is not an exact science and there are normal variations... Lynn
