I had this with my first child and my OB told me it was a sign of very early labor. Check with your care provider to see what they say. My OB did not do anything or tell me to do anything special except try and walk to bring labor on. I had the leg pains for about 3-4 days then went into labor. It is just what happened to me so that might not be what you are experiencing.
