Late ovulation after clomid

I am very irregular and my cycle will range between 28-40 days.This month, I was prescribed with 100mg Clomid during my cycle days 3-9. On cycle day 11, I went to see my doctor and had done the ultrasound to check follicles. The doctor told me that I am supposed to ovulate within 3-4 days. I have used the OPK tests to check my ovulation and up until now, the cycle day 15, the test is still negative.

My questionsare a) would it be possible that I will ovulate later than doctor's estimate? If so, how long will it take for people who are prescribed with clomid to ovulate? b) Is it possible that the OPK test is not reliable? and c) What is your suggestion for me? Should I call up my doctor for further examination or ultrasound?
