My doctor put me on Premarin and Prometrium because I got pregnant on 2/1 and had a three month shot on 1/31. If you're concerned about it, I would go to your doctor and ask that they draw blood to check your progesterone level and from that they can determine if you need extra or not. Hope this helps.
