I am in my 39th week of pregnancy and can hardly walk today - every second step I take I have these shooting pains that originate seemingly in my pelvic area and go down the inside of my thighs, this is my third pregnancy and I didn't have this with the previous two. Is this just my sciatic nerve or could it be something else - I dare not leave the house because I don't think I could walk very far without falling!
