ANYONE: Question for experienced BBT charters....still learning.......

Hi,

I'm 36 and ttc.....this is my second cycle post-pill and my first charting BBT's......

Have read Toni Weschler's book, but have these questions:

1. How important is it to take BBT at same time ? Is taking it within the SAME HOUR every morning okay?

2. If you got a shift, does it mean you ovulated ?

3. Is an average shift .4 above coverline enough of a shift ?

4. How many days post-ovulation would you look for a tri- phasic pattern ?

5. If you had right ovary twinges on 4dpo and 5dpo would that be implantation ?

Thanks to all of you, I read all the archives day and night, and have learned so much ! How lucky we are to have this site.
