As you already know, you're particular situation is so complex as to
defy acceptable answers on the internet. I just have to leave you with
the idea that anyone with medical problems (Gilbert's) might do better
in a hospital, especially if subsequent problems arise. You will have
to consult with midwived willing to accept you with your potential
problems in labor.
