I too have a bad case of PCOS (since 16)and low and behold, at 32 with no fertility drugs I am pregnant. I take crinone as well. Women with PCOS have been know to have luteal phase defects more than the average woman. This is just a fancy term for lower progesterone. Crinone will take care of that until the placenta takes over (starts at 10 wks). It is good that you caught it so early. The earlier, the better. I also caugh my pregnancy within 1-2 wks of conception, so I started crinone right away. I'm now 13 weeks and all is going great. Just watch your eating a little though. We are prone to faster weight gain. If you have any ?'s I can help you with, feel free to ask. Laura
