Multiple chemical senstivity and pregnancy

I have suffered with severe multiple chemical sensitivity since I was a few months old due to organophosphate poisoning. I am now 20yrs old and married. I am looking into the problems that we would have if I were to get pregnant - we woud like our start our family. I do not cope in a hospital enviroment and so would consider a home-birth. I am highly allergic to all drugs and am concerned about what would happen if things went wrong during the pregnancy or birth. I also have Gilberts Syndrom - could this have an adverse affect on the pregnancy? Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you for your time.
