Fact Plus requires a pretty high level of pregnancy hormone to get a positive reading. So if she has low hormone levels per the blood test, this would explain the + on the more sensitive tests, and the - on the Fact Plus.

The only real way to know if the pregnancy is progressing well is to repeat the blood test in 48 hours. If the levels go up and approximately double, then you know it's a pregnancy that is progressing. If the levels do not go up, then you know it's most likely an early miscarriage.
