There are two possibilities that I can think of. The first is that you are becoming hypoglycemic despite what you may think of as eating well. You may require six smaller meals per day instead of the standard three. The pregnancy demands on your system (combined with the other children) may be draining you of your carbohydrates. The other possibility is that you are anemic (low blood count). It is quite common for women to experience anemia during pregnancy and this can cause some of the things you describe... Lynn
