exposure to dust from renovations

We're adding on to our house, and part of the house that was about 50 years old was torn down. Some of the dust got into the house despite precautions, and I'm worried that there may be lead in some of the old layers of paint. At this point, there have only been about 2 days of construction. Have I put the baby at risk, and what precautions can I take as they complete the construction?(they'll be cutting into walls eventually, but I plan to stay elsewhere while they do that)... I'm in my 4th month. Thanks-
