I took prenatals with folic acid three months prior to conceiving but stopped taking them at 6 weeks (per dr's advice) due to extreme nausea. I am now 10 weeks and still not taking any. Is this harmful to the baby? Do you think I should start taking them again or is it okay to wait a couple more weeks.
