Montgomery, MD: "Re: Not taking prenatal vitamens" I took prenatals with folic acid three months prior to conceiving but stopped taking them at 6 weeks (per dr's advice) due to extreme nausea. I am now 10 weeks and still not taking any. Is this harmful to the baby?
